Refund policy

RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY

We have a 2 week return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us at HulysClothing@Gmail.com about any returns or questions about returns.

Please note - Customers are responsible for any and all shipping costs to return items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags intact, contains no stains, and must be odorless. No exception.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Any items on sale/clearance, gift cards are final and may not be returned. Bodysuits, bathing suits, intimates, jewelry, and white items are also Final Sale due to hygiene purposes.
